I was born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia. Here I attended the University of British Columbia and majored in Animal Biology in 2011. I obtained my DMD degree from the University of Manitoba in 2016. After working in private practice in Calgary for 2 years, I decided to further my studies and completed my graduate training in Endodontics at the University of Minnesota in 2020. My research focused on factors affecting postoperative pain at 1 week following non-surgical root canal therapy. In my spare time I enjoy travelling with my wife, snowboarding, basketball, reading, and playing the guitar.
